Return & Refund Policy – Grenedax Harb

At Grenedax Harb, we are committed to delivering high-quality herbal products and ensuring customer satisfaction. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the product must:
Be unused and unopened
Have the original seal intact
Be in original packaging
Be in resalable condition

2. Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, the refund process will be initiated.
A processing and handling fee of ₹200 will be deducted from the total refund amount (including applicable taxes and payment gateway charges).

3. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Conditions

Grenedax Harb does not accept returns or refunds in the following cases:

Products returned after 15 days of delivery
Used, damaged, or tampered products
Products with broken or missing seals
Orders returned due to failed delivery attempts

4. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order.
Eligible cancellations will receive a full refund, processed through the original payment method.

5. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 10 working days from the date of confirmation.

6. Re-shipping Policy
In case an order is returned due to delivery failure, we can re-dispatch the order upon request.
Additional courier charges may apply for re-shipping.
